Purpose of use of Personal information
In case of 'named report', we collect necessary personal information to meet its purpose.
If you do not wish to provide your personal info, you may register your report anonymously.
Purpose of collection and use for each information is as follows;
-Name, Phone number, Email : For confirmation of your report and feedback.
Duration of use and possession of personal information
Your personal information will be deleted upon your request for deletion. Upon request, your personal information will be deleted immediately, using anti-recovery techniques.
However in following case we have the right to possess the collected information for certain period of time.
① When the duration for possession of information is announced to the provider, and the duration has not passed, and when mutual consent for possission exists for agreed duration.
